Another example would be a carpenter, construction worker and manual laborer.  In order to perform their job correctly, they use tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, power tools and saws to get the job done.  Again, over time this tight constant grip on their tool causes strain which overtime leads to and develops into tennis elbow.

Now if you can’t avoid the root source of your tennis elbow pain, what should you do?  Another great quick step to get rid of your tennis elbow symptoms is to change way you perform the activity.  For example, if you are right handed and this is your affected elbow, switch out to your left hand every now and then to give your right arm/elbow a rest.

Another quick step to getting rid of tennis elbow is to take breaks frequently.  If you are an avid tennis player, like me, instead of playing 3 times a week, back it off a little to 2 times a week.  If you are playing 3 sets per game, why not try 2 sets.

Making these small but simple changes to your lifestyle and activities will go along way in helping you decrease your tennis elbow symptoms and pain.

    i got tennis elbow from playing tennis. i quit playing for 2 weeks it went away at least i thought. then i went to a tennis academy and for a week and it came back. look up streches to do online and take some time off. do the streches and ice it. that should help lots.
